Title splitting,
executed with discipline
Welcome to Inspired Property Group (IPG). We’re Jonathan and Daniel, and our background comes from executing our own title split projects — building a £3.5m property portfolio from £50k of initial capital in a relatively short timeframe. That hands-on experience is the foundation of how we work with investors today.
We specialise in title splitting and support investors through professionally structured projects, offering a range of premium services focused on execution, clarity, and long-term portfolio growth. Our role is to bring structure and discipline to opportunities that need to be handled properly, not rushed or over-simplified.

At its core, a title split is a legal process that separates a single property title into multiple independently owned titles. When structured correctly, this creates clarity of ownership and lender treatment — which can materially change how a property is financed, valued, and held long term.
The short video below gives a straightforward overview of the concept. It’s not intended to cover every detail, but to provide context around what title splitting is and why correct structure matters.
What is a Title Split?
Services
Our primary focus is the structured delivery of title split projects for experienced
investors. We manage opportunities end-to-end, from structuring through to
completion, with an emphasis on clarity and professional execution.
For investors who want additional context before engaging, we also provide limited
analysis, consultations, and a short introductory workshop. These are designed to
support informed decision-making, not to replace our execution-led service.

Is title splitting the right fit?
Title splitting can be a highly effective approach in the right circumstances — but it isn’t suitable for every investor, or every project. Fit matters, not just numbers.
If you’d like to get a clearer sense of whether title splitting aligns with your objectives — and whether Inspired Property Group is the right partner for you — there are two straightforward ways to proceed.
