Title Split Analysis & Consultation

Not every opportunity should be progressed.

Our Title Split Analysis and Consultation services exist for investors who want experienced, independent judgement on a specific opportunity — before committing time, capital, or momentum in the wrong direction.

These services are offered as two distinct ways to engage, depending on how much structure or formality you need.

Title Split Analysis

This option is suited to investors who want a structured, written assessment of a specific property or opportunity.

The analysis is carried out using IPG’s internal title split assessment framework and cost model, developed through executing our own projects. Its purpose is to assess how a deal stacks up at the current knowledge point and to surface the key assumptions, constraints, and risks that would affect a decision to proceed.

As part of the analysis, we will:

  • provide a numbers report generated from our internal cost model, showing how the opportunity stacks up based on the information available at the time

  • outline the comparable evidence used to inform the assessment

  • share our recommendations and professional opinion on the opportunity, including whether it warrants further progression

The output is a clear, structured assessment designed to support a go / no-go decision.

Before proceeding with a full analysis, we offer a short introductory call to confirm that the opportunity is suitable for review and that it falls within the scope of a title split assessment.

Analysis process:

  • Initial 15-minute discussion to confirm suitability

  • Structured analysis using IPG’s internal framework and cost model

  • Written assessment including numbers, comparables, and our professional view

Title Split Consultation

This option is designed for investors who want to talk through an opportunity, idea, or early-stage concept with experienced practitioners.

A consultation is conversational and judgement-led, allowing space to explore assumptions, pressure-test thinking, and identify where further analysis may — or may not — be required.

This may be appropriate if you:

  • are still shaping an opportunity

  • want to sense-check viability before progressing

  • value discussion over documentation

Consultations often help investors decide whether to proceed, seek deeper analysis, or walk away altogether.

Consultation details:

  • Fee: £297.00 per session

  • Format: One-to-one consultation - 60 minutes.

  • Cancellations: Fully refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time
