Investment Opportunities

At Inspired Property Group, we work with selected investors to deploy capital into structured property projects where execution is held professionally from assessment through to delivery. Our approach is grounded in experience and discipline, with a focus on correct structure, clear roles, and responsible decision-making rather than speculation or short-term trends.

The outlines below explain the ways in which capital partners can engage with IPG-led opportunities.

Opportunities

Short Term Cash

Based on our acquisition-led approach, short-term cash opportunities typically arise through defined value events such as refurbishment, lease extensions, or other short-term uplift mechanisms.

These opportunities are structured conservatively and are supported by appropriate term lending or short-term institutional development finance, depending on the nature of the project.

Long Term Cash

Long-term cash investment opportunities typically arise through acquisition-led projects. Capital is used to cover costs that sit outside institutional lending, whether short- or long-term.

These projects are supported by term lending, typically structured on a 12-month basis, with capital deployed to support correct execution and ownership structure.

Hybrid Cash

Hybrid cash opportunities combine elements of both short-term and long-term cash investment models. Capital is deployed across acquisition and defined uplift mechanisms within the same project structure.

Joint Venture

Joint venture opportunities are structured as equal-share partnerships, where investors provide capital and Inspired Property Group leads acquisition, execution, and delivery.

Each project is undertaken through a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV) established specifically for that opportunity, with roles and responsibilities defined from the outset.
