Our Deal Review service is quite simple; you find the deal, and we'll review it with you.

​

This service is intended to give our client confidence in their deal, before they go ahead with the purchase.

​

We will schedule a call with you to discuss the deal, as well as discuss your desired outcome. We can talk you through the numbers, and run them through our own Title Split analysis tool for you.

​

• We will provide you with a numbers report from our cost model showing how the deal stacks at our current knowledge point.

 

• We will provide the comparables used to base our analysis.

 

• We will provide you with our recommendations and opinions on the deal.

Following the Assisted Deal Analysis...

​

The Hand Holding consulting model is designed to be a support structure around your deal.

 

To qualify for this service, you need to have a deal that has been fully analysed through our Assisted Deal Analysis product, and has been assessed as worthwhile proceeding with, based on your criteria.

​

We will hold your hand through the whole process. The onus will be on you to progress the deal, but we will have a scheduled weekly call to discuss progress and road blocks.

 

We will provide recommendations as required, and if things start to go off plan, we will be there to step in and get things back on track.

​

Note: This is not a sourcing service. The expectation will be that you drive your own deal. We will advise you as necessary to make your deal a success, but we will not be accountable for deals falling through.
